- Sediakan 120 gr terigu pro rendah.
- Siapkan 95 gr air mnm.
- Sediakan 6 Gr BP.
- Siapkan 60 gr cooking oil.
- Sediakan 20 gr minuman rasa strawberry.
- Sediakan vanilla ext.
- Siapkan cream of tar2 1/⁴ sdt.

Prosedur Memasak Chiffon Strawberry
- Mixer putel n gula, CTT sampai telur kaku.
- Kocok kuning telur dgn whisk smp sdkt ngembang aja. Masukan minyak, terigu ayak (bagi bbrp x masuk terigunya). Masukan jg vanilla ext dan air yg sdh di campur dgn minuman rasa strawberry. Aduk sdkt bubuk strawberry nya dgn air panas, baru tambahkan sisa air biasa smp menjadi 95gr. aduk rata jgn smp ada yg bergumpal..
- Ambil 1 bagian putel kocok, masukan ke adonan kutelnya. aduk balik dgn spatula. Bagi putel masuk menjadi 3x. aku bagi adonan jd 2 bagian, yg 1 bagian ak tambah warna merah 3 tetes..
- Masukan adonan ke loyang dan panggang 60 mnt suhu 175 DC atau sesuaikan oven msg2...
